A thick forest of drooping willows, stout oaks, massive poplars, and a multitude of fallen dead trees, Belanswood contains the infamous Behemoth Graveyard, where the ruins of dozens of enormous, bizarre mechanical devices of unknown vintage remain covered in brush or half-buried in the leaf-littered soil. Within its depths countless skirmishes have been waged between Hallandy and Coreune. With Coreune's annexation of Nivian and the surrounding area, Belanswood now marks the boundary between the two realms. The wood is well-known for the ghosts that constantly roam through it, as well as for the monstrous creatures of many other varieties that call it home.
