Bataar Keif was the eldest son of Keifa Mizral Bataari, and was Caliph of the Kaspari Empire from the time of her death in 1365 until his own death in 1411, at the age of 77. During his reign, Keif sponsored numerous explorations of faraway lands, including overland expeditions into the Sabo Jungles (founding the colony of Qwiafu), Dalkhrova, Aveir, and Tashakda; seafaring expeditions to the shorelines of the Veldt and the Attamat Islands; and even a proposed expedition to the Moon which was never undertaken.
Upon his death, Keif's eldest son Sual Bataari ascended the throne.
